Audiofile Engineering Wave Editor v1.4.6 MAC OSX UB

File Size: 17.3 MB
What Is Wave Editor?
Wave Editor is THE audio editor for Mac OS X. Designed in Cocoa from the ground up, Wave Editor proudly takes advantage of Core Audio, Quartz, and other solid OS X features.
Wave Editor takes over where Spark and Sound Designer II left off ù incorporating the standard audio editing features you're used to while bringing you up-to-date with the latest advances in interface design, speed and stability, without compromising the power.
Layered Audio Wave Editor introduces the concept of "Layers" to audio editing (patent pending). Layer portions of audio of any format, channel count, sample rate and bit depth, Audio Units and fades on top of each other, edit to your heart's content, then "flatten" your file to get a result that would have taken much longer the old-fashioned way!
Industry Best Sample Rate Conversion No need to reinvent the wheel here. Rather than spend a lot of time and money developing our own sample rate conversion, time stretching and wordlength reduction technologies and passing those costs on to you, we decided to source the best DSP available - iZotope.
Wave Editor incorporates iZotope's industry best 64-bit SRC and MBIT+ dither. We also have incorporated iZotope's SonicFit time/pitch technology. This ensures that Wave Editor delivers the highest fidelity and the best value on the market.
Get Smart Wave Editor introduces "SmartEdits" and the "SmartEdit List." Slice audio into sections, move them wherever you want (even between documents), assign names, colors, fades (and more) and make them work together for the most unique and flexible crossfades. If you're familiar with Sound Designer II's playlists, take the next step with the SmartEdit List.
You're Surrounded Wave Editor was designed for the modern age. Built for broadcast and Surround applications, Wave Editor is not just a stereo editor. It is truly channel independent, truly multichannel. Some editors claim to be multichannel, but require you to "split" or "unzip" the files before you can edit them. With Wave Editor, you can edit multichannel Surround files directly without this extra step.
Great Tools Wave Editor includes an advanced Inspector, statistical analyzer, audio processor, three advanced meters, full support for Audio Units, Bezier curve-based fades, support for MP3, AAC, FLAC, Apple Lossless, Ogg Vorbis, portable document templates and much, much more!

PSP Audioware sQuad v1.5.1 VST RTAS Incl KeyGen READ NFO-DYNAMiCS

PSPaudioware has announced the release of PSP sQuad, a bundle of four new high-quality equalizer plug-ins: PSP ClassicQ, PSP ConsoleQ, PSP preQursor and PSP RetroQ.

PSP sQuad equalizers are inspired by the best features and characteristics of classic analog hardware-musicality and simplicity. Although these EQs are easy to use, PSP expanded their functionality by several features including variable high pass filters or switchable steepness for the shelving filters. These EQs are CPU efficient enough to be used at every stage of the creative process, from composition to tracking to final production/mixing/mastering.

The Processors in PSP sQuad have a number of features in common with each other, and with other PSP Audioware plug-ins:

* FAT double sampling. In the PSP sQuad bundle, unlike other PSP Audioware plug-ins, FAT is automatically switched on for low (below 50kHz) sample rates, and off for higher sample rates. This ensures the most accurate processing independent of the sample rate.
* 64-bit double precision floating point computations for ultra low accumulative errors in the filters.
* An optional second generation SAT(uration) option in the output of each plug-in. This both protects against digital clipping in software or hardware following the plug-in, and adds a smooth, overdriven sound to hard-driven signals. The SATuration algorithm is located after output level control in a plug-in's internal chain and its ceiling reference level is setup a fraction of dB below 0dBFS.
* All actual parameters like gain, frequency or Q may differ from displayed values which is a typical feature of analog equalizers.

PSP ClassicQ is inspired by various classic British-style equalizers. It captures the sound and flavor of famously musical high and low filters (such as those in early Neve EQs), melded to very precise mid-range filter. In addition, PSP ClassicQ offers a selectable simulation of class A circuitry and output transformer for a unique, vintage-style color. To its classic features PSP ClassicQ adds extremely useful features such as an adjustable high pass filter, switchable Q for low- and high-shelf filters, and a sweepable midrange bell-type filter. The design of PSP ClassicQ lends it especially well to fixing and shaping individual tracks.

PSP ConsoleQ captures the sound character and functionality of various classic British console equalizers including flexible AMEK eqs. Although it takes inspiration from these analog classics, PSP added several features such as an adjustable high pass filter, steepness (resonance) control for the shelving filters, and three nominal Q values for midrange filters. In addition to its other many musical features PSP designed PSP ConsoleQ's midrange bell type filters so that they have gain following Q factors. By this, PSP means that the Q factor of these filters gradually increases along with increases in boost or attenuation. The ConsoleQ is specially designed for deep track tweaking to get the desired sound for a track, or just to get great track separation in the mix.

PSP preQursor offers PSP's own uniquely designed filters with low resonance peaks for reduced ringing artifacts, great band separation, and narrow notching on negative gains. All four filters are bell-type filters with progressive Q factors. These characteristics mean that this processor sounds excellent on acoustic tracks, overall mixes, or any application in which maintaining the natural feel of the material is paramount.

PSP RetroQ offers PSP Audioware's unique take on a musical equalizer with unique sonic character and low phase distortion. This makes RetroQ sound smooth and musically natural. It's shelf filters are based on PSP VintageWarmer's filters, and PSP RetroQ's addition of a mid-range filter is designed using the same internal architecture. An adjustable high pass filter is added to make the plug-in a complete program equalizer. It was optimized for use on groups and mixes, but it is equally at home in any situation in which you desire some gentle sweetening in your overall processing chain.

LiquidSonics' Reverberate is a highly efficient convolution audio processor

offering true zero-latency operation for two separate, stereo impulse

Reverberate seeks to provide a richer and more dynamic sounding reverb from

impulse responses by optionally modulating an amalgamation of two, separately

controllable true stereo IRs using an LFO. Further modulation is possible

using the post-processing effects; an all-pass interpolator chorus provides a

fuller sound and an over-sampled analogue prototype paragraphic equaliser is

provided with dual LFOs. These features make for a livelier sound than

typically associated with some convolution reverbs, at a very competitive

Features and Specifications:

* Stereo convolution reverb

* Dual true-stereo IR capability

* Zero latency (or select up to 8192 samples latency)

* Wav, Aiff and Flac file support

* ADSHR envelopes

* 50%-150% stretch

* Double oversampled IR-EQ

* Pre-delay up to 500ms

* Linear-interpolation choruses for IR1, IR2 and post effects

* Post EQ with LFO modulation

* 48 Presets (including 29 true-stereo presets)

* Downsampling (Low CPU) mode available for use in high sample rate

"Digital recording and mixing isn't "like" math... it is math!"

Digital recording and mixing is math.

24 bit has 144db dynamic range (24 x 6 = 144) (6db = 1 bit)
16 bit has 96db dynamic range (16 x 6 = 96)

Non-Linear Sample Remapping Technology

So, I developed a non-linear algorithm that "maps" peaks back into the

upper digital range from -6db to 0db. It does this while preserving the

frequency content, and without any pumping or noticeable artifacts. Others

claim their limiters are transparent, but LimitX^(TM) actually is

LimitX^(TM) works so well, that I have been using it for years now. And I

have been continually refining it to the point that this new enhanced version

is now available.

What is BoostX^(TM)?

BoostX^(TM) is a completely transparent upward-compressor, also known as

parallel compression, based on the Non-Linear Sample Remapping technology

developed for LimitX^(TM).

As a bonus, BoostX^(TM) also provides limiting!

What is Upward Compression? While traditional (downward) compressors

reduce the volume of levels over a certain threshold, Upward Compressors

increase low levels while not increasing the high levels. The simplest way

to think of it is that downward compressors push down on the signal from

above. Upward compressors push the signal up from below, so the softer parts

get louder without affecting the loud parts. To most people's ears, this

sounds much more natural than downward compression.

BoostX^(TM) Non-Linear Sample Remapping Technology

Building on the non-linear algorithm developed for LimitX^(TM), I was able

to allow upward boost of 0db to 9.5db while keeping control of the top end.

It does this while preserving the frequency content, and without any pumping

or noticeable artifacts. Others claim their plugins are transparent, but

BoostX^(TM) actually is transparent!

Like LimitX^(TM), BoostX^(TM) works so well, that I have been using it for

some time now. And I have been continually refining it to the point that that

this new enhanced version is now available.

SI-1 is a spatial processor designed for stereo image balancing. It is very

simple to use but powerful. Infact it can change the proportion between

center and side information to widen (or narrow) the stereo image of

recordings without phase cancellation artifacts caused by delays and

frequency operations common in other stereo enhancers based on primitive

In stereo recordings of acoustic music, side information is often related

to ambience, while center information gives an idea of the distance between

the listener and the sound source. For example, with SI-1 it is possibile to

improve mono compatibility or attenuate the reverberation to focus on central

image by lowering the side control slider. On the opposite, to widen the

stereo image of a stereo recording, lower the center control slider.

SI-1 will be also useful to video makers that use a camcorder with a stereo

mic and need to reduce lateral noises and ambience, for example, to focus on

a dialog that is taking place in front of the camera.

* Center image control

* Side information control

The main focus in the design of Messiah was low CPU. The audio part of the

synth engine has only modules by Chris Kerry hand coded in Microsoft assembly

language for low CPU (the effect section has modules by other developers).

The design is inspired by Prophet5, but instead of saw, tri and pulse

oscillators it has 3 innovative oscillators: Morph oscillator with 4

waveforms, unison oscillator with 7 voices (and you can put this oscillator

into 5 voice unison for 35 voices), and flexi oscillator that consist of 2

seperate waves that can perform PWM, ring mod. and phase distortion with very

low CPU.

The sound of ME80 will remind you of an acoustic instument. It sounds synthetic, but has the expression of a real instrument. You can shape the tone with aftertouch like you would do on a brass instrument. The velocity feels very alive with a seperate velocity-envelope that took 1 year to develop. Different velocities will have totally different envelope shape. If you want arpeggiators on this synth you do not deserve to play it. The instrument takes practice to master, like a real instrument. Polyphonic aftertouch is supported, but you can select "last played" mode for the aftertouch, and you will have fake polyphonic response from your mono aftertouch keyboard.

What's a DAW?
Using your current computer and no other software, you can import any audio and MIDI, synthesize, sample, compose, arrange, edit, mix, and master songs or any other audio projects.

If you add a hardware audio interface of your choice (AD/DA: analog-to-digital/digital-to-analog) and a microphone, you have a complete recording studio, suitable for recording anything from a soloist to a band to an orchestra (even if the orchestra is just you).

Nondestructive multi-track recording means that you can record and layer take after take, correcting, editing, revisiting, and tweaking to your heart's content.

There are inexpensive audio interfaces designed just to plug guitars in to, and there are very fancy audio interfaces designed to convert many simultaneous line and microphone inputs.

REAPER converts your computer into the full power of any top-of-the-line recording studio. Minus, of course, a room full of shockingly expensive converters, microphones, amplifiers, and, well, talent.

If you are a top-of-the-line recording studio interested in REAPER, this part of the discussion has probably insulted your intelligence. So we'll just say that unlike some other DAWs, REAPER will support almost any existing audio interface, even interfaces manufactured by companies whose software does not allow you to use any other hardware interface.

Cycling 74 Max MSP v5.1.0-Lz0

Interactive visual programming environment for music, audio, and media. In use for over twenty years by performers, composers, artists, scientists, teachers, and students, Max is the way to make your computer do things that reflect your individual ideas and dreams.

MSP Overview:

Max users are people who want to do things that go beyond the limitations of normal software. Max is a visual programming language -- you connect objects together with patch cords to design what you want. While people have used Max to create a wide variety of applications, it's primarily designed to handle the basic elements of media: time, interactivity, and control.

MSP Overview:

MSP gives you the building blocks of a synthesis and DSP language in visual form. But more importantly, MSP permits synthesis and DSP to be controlled in expressive and powerful ways. The fact is, there are only so many ways to make sound, but there an unlimited variety of ways to control sound, due the way MSP's audio objects work together with Max's timing, control, and user interface tools.

At its most basic level, MSP offers the basic building blocks for synthesis and audio processing: oscillators, filters, delays, and envelopes. In Max 5, they've added the ability to specify the time values of envelopes and phasors in tempo-relative units. The ability to combine low- and high-level components is one of the unique aspects of working with MSP.

Max Features:

- Time: Working with time is easier in Max than traditional programming because you use objects to create visual “timing machines” whose behavior you can see, hear, and modify as they operate. Learn More
- Interactivity: Working with interactivity is easier in Max because you can design interfaces visually, and the interfaces are then part of the program itself. For example, controls the timing and transport of the timing example above. Learn More
- Control: In Max everything can be connected to everything, because everything speaks numbers. Another way to say this is that modularity is a core design principle of everything in the software. Learn More
- Extensibility: Max users extend the environment in every possible direction. As a by-product of their work with the software, passionate Max users have contributed thousands of objects written in C, Java, or Javascript back to the user community.

MSP Features:

- Building Blocks: MSP offers the basic building blocks for synthesis and audio processing: oscillators, filters, delays, and envelopes. You can specify the time values of envelopes and phasors in tempo-relative units. The ability to combine low- and high-level components is one of the unique aspects of working with MSP.
- Sampling, Recording, and Playback: MSP provides a group of objects that work together for sampling and sample playback. All use the buffer~ object that manages sample buffers up to four channels. Learn More
- Compatibility: MSP supports up to 512 input and output channels. On the Mac, MSP provides support for Core Audio and on Windows, there is ASIO, DirectSound, and MME support. Learn More
- User Interface: MSP objects for audio signal display include an oscilloscope, spectral display, level meters, waveform display, and a sonogram. You can use faders with internal smoothing, design multi-band filters graphically and edit functions with arbitrary numbers of breakpoints. Learn More
- Polyphony: The poly~ object lets you use multiple copies of any patcher you make. It supports output mixing, note allocation and voice stealing, dynamic patch loading and voice allocation, and can run patchers in different threads to support multiple processors.
- Extensibility: If you want to develop your own low-level audio algorithms, Max/MSP provides an ideal platform with its C-based API for new unit generators. Max takes care of file I/O and user interface construction as well. Another option for lower-level development is mxj~, a modular Java-based system for audio development.

Jitter Features:

- Video: Although the Jitter architecture is general, it is highly optimized for use with video data, and performs with breathtaking speed. A robust set of mathematical operators, keying/compositing, analysis, colorspace conversion and color correction, alpha channel processing, spatial warping, convolution-based filters, and special effects deliver the building blocks for your own custom video treatments.
- 2D/3D Graphics: Jitter’s integrated 2D/3D graphics support provides the tools to use hardware accellerated OpenGL graphics together with video, including the ability to texture 3D geometry with video streams in real-time, convert audio and video streams directly into geometry data, and render models, NURBS, 2D/3D text, and other common shapes.
- Ease of Use: Jitter is tightly integrated with Cycling ’74’s Max/MSP graphical programming environment which lets you visually connect data processing objects together with patchcords to create custom applications in a similar manner to analog modular synthesizers.
- Matrices: Jitter’s strength and flexibility comes from the use of a single generalized matrix data format when working with video, 3D geometry, audio, text, or any other kind of data. Jitter matrices may be composed of one of four data types: char (8 bit unsigned int), long (32 bit signed int), float32 (32 bit floating point), or float64 (64 bit floating point).
- More Details: Jitter objects also make available many aspects of their internal state in ways which will be new to even the most seasoned Max/MSP veterans. Get details about performance, networking, programmability, interoperability, and key features.

Samplitude is purely native PC software and therefore independent of proprietary audio hardware. Basically, that means the program works just as well on a laptop as on an audio workstation with dozens of inputs and outputs.

Even the standard version offers you everything you need for your productions: Up to 128 tracks and 64 busses at a sample rate of up to 384 kHz.

Samplitude provides all of the freedom you need to choose your own system. MME, ASIO*, and WDM support all important driver models.

Workflow improvements
The new version 11 also features improvements to workflow and operation suggested by users to make Samplitude even more intuitive and easier to customize.

Manager, visualization, audio quantization, icon bars, and the time display window may now be coupled/docked with different areas of the project interface, or freely arranged on the screen.

Track colors

Tracks may be colored directly via the track header. These colors are then displayed in the mixer for faster orientation within the project .

New skins & GUI adjustments

The version of Samplitude also features and improved interface with two new skins. The darker "Camo" skin and the brighter "Canis" skin are perfect for customizing the program's appearance.

The Hybrid Audio Engine includes a combination of a Low Latency and High Latency Engine.

The Low Latency Engine reduces response times when calculating track effects and enables Live Monitoring at lower latencies.
The integrated High Latency Engine, on the other hand, brings about more effective system utilization, which allows for the integration of sophisticated object effects, object auxiliaries & surround functions.

The Hybrid Audio Engine is based on the ASIO driver system and, thanks to its low input/output delay at the same performance levels, optimizes the system especially when working with software instruments and other plug-ins.

The combination of the two operating styles (with latency compensation of course) is also possible. This makes the software perfectly suitable for current requirements of the production process.

Object-oriented editing
As well as the classic track-related editing options, Samplitude also provides object-level editing. This provides new opportunities for mixing and sound design.

The audio material may be split into any number of objects and moved on the track freely. Every object can be edited with fades and effects, e.g. equalizer, timestretching, pitchshifting, or VST plug-ins. Even aux sends are possible at object level. This means that the aux send is only active for this object, making complicated automation unnecessary. The object editor offers real-time access to an object's settings.

All settings at the object level are calculated in real-time during playback; no new files are written to the hard drive. This saves space on the hard drive and allows settings to be changed again at any time.

For example, you may discover that individual words from a vocal track require a pitch adjustment, so you could split each word, even every syllable into a single object.

Each of these individual objects may be corrected with the real-time pitch correction function or edited in terms of volume and panorama or with fades and crossfades. Every object even features a complete range of effects and inserts for DirectX and VST plug-ins.

essentialFX provides a complete suite of new, alternative basic effects for dynamics, modulation, and other frequently used sound processes on a single screen. A lot of attention has been paid to modern design, effective display of the individual parameters, and as such to the simplicity of overall operation. This appearance of "understatement" conceals high-quality algorithms developed for daily work in the studio.

"sMax11" is a new limiter/maximizer that provides must-have services for mastering tasks. Basically, the function is a hard/brick wall limiter with input amplification.

Specification of input amplification allows the loudness of the audio signal to be increased easily. At the same time, the sMax11 ensures that the signal does not exceed the flexibly set output level.

The control at the basis of the modification may also be configured by setting the release time and a specific mode like "Hard Clipper", "Aggressive", or "Balanced".

The "EQ116" in Samplitude 11 provides a 6-band equalizer that works with either oversampling or phase-linear algorithms.
Filters on up to six freely selectable frequency bands may be activated to adjust the sound of the sample or of an object.

This also enables broadband elevations in high and bass values as well as narrowband corrections to the frequency response to be carried out.
Three different filter setups may also be selected to make settings directly during monitoring, without loading or saving complete presets.

New VST instruments

Do you like experimenting with sounds? Revolta 2 is your sound laboratory! This high-performance analog synthesizer makes everything possible, from grainy bass lines to lead sounds and complex sound patterns! Underscore your personal musical style with sound developments that have never been heard before. Thanks to the video tutorials included, you can get started right away even without any prior skill.

Polish your beats however you like. The new version of the popular BeatBox features revised and improved features to make it a flagship drum computer. Besides the completely new sound engine, even more drum kits, innumerable options for sound formation, and high-quality effects, the plus version of BeatBox 2 has even more to offer: bonus drum kits, full automation of all parameters for exciting sound envelopes, and an integrated effects section!

In addition to Revolta 2, the virtual analog synthesizer, and BeatBox 2, Vita provides a complete array of sample-based instruments at your service. The tools found in Vital Instruments offer various sound tests and playing methods for e-piano, acoustic guitar, bass as well as brass and string instruments.

Groove Extraction

This function expands the standard quantization options by enabling rhythm and phasing to be extracted from recordings and loops.

These groove templates with the pattern of peaks and transients bring other recordings into swing and can also solve timing problems creatively and appropriately to the arrangement.

OMF / AAF Support (Optional)

Exporting between various interfaces can cost lots of time and nerves.

Samplitude Pro now offers optional OMF/AAF support to simplify exchange of data between programs and platforms.
Together with the EDL export for Video Pro X and compatibility to other products from the Samplitude/Sequoia family, Samplitude can be seamlessly integrated into almost every form of digital audio editing, without slowing down the work flow.

Cleaning & Restoration Suite (optional)

The Cleaning & Restoration Suite offers youan entire series of cleaning effects as well as real-time effects and offline effects.

Declicker / Decrackler

The De-clicker removes crackling and clicking noises, which are typical on scratched records, and which was also developed especially for louder individual clicking sounds.

The De-crackler, on the other hand, may be used to apply consistent correction of popping noises.

De-clipper is useful for correcting overmodulation. the audio material is used as the basis for applying interpolation to the location where the overmodulation, or "clipping", takes place.

The De-clipping algorithm is suitable for audio material with clearly audible overmodulation, e.g. distorted piano or vocals.

Free wave projects/objects of unwanted noise without any noticeable reduction in the quality of the source material. The algorithm carries out a pure noise test. This is especially useful for consistent, continuous noise like power humming or ventilation noise, or even feedback.

Brilliance enhancer

Use this tool to compensate losses in high frequency ranges, which occur during MP3 compensation or tape recordings.
In contrast to an equalizer, which only raises existing frequencies, the brilliance enhancer recalculates new overtones from the remaining signal and markedly refreshes the sound.
The brilliance enhancer is also available in the mastering area for increasing the transparency and brilliance of the sound

An outstanding strength of Samplitude and Sequoia the absolute sound neutrality featured. Highly developed digital algorithms, absolute phase stability, and continuous application of floating point calculations ensure that the sound maintains its special nuances during even the most intense digital processing. This results in transparency, neutrality, maintenance of transients, and space. Different audio formats from 16-bit to 32-bit floating point and sample rates up to 384 kHz are possible in the same arrangement.

Up to 999 tracks (Samplitude Pro and Sequoia) or 128 tracks (Samplitude) are possible in a single project. The maximum number of physical in and outputs is 256. This makes even the biggest and most demanding projects a snap to manage

THE FINGER provides more than 40 effects including real-time samplers/transformers (e.g. loop, re-arrange, reverse, scratch, heavy granular effects etc.), as well as filters, gaters, delays, reverbs, distortion, wave shapers, ring modulation and many others. Each effect has two parameters controlled by velocity or mod wheel, and is tempo-synced to a master clock or the tempo of your audio host. The KORE PLAYER user interface allows for even further tweaking via the Macro Controls.
The main advantage of THE FINGER is the ability to trigger effects via MIDI keyboard (or the "piano roll" in a sequencer). Four octaves of MIDI notes have a specific effect per sound with their own settings assigned to each. The order you trigger the notes is the order the effects get layered in, so chains can be arranged and re-arranged in no time. Make the last key a loop effect, and you can continue the chain from there, endlessly. This allows you to "play" and improvise with effects just like with a "real" instrument. When used within a host sequencer as an effects plug-in, you can record your playing as MIDI in the piano roll editor allowing to edit your effect chains in a much simpler way.
The potential for creative audio mayhem is pretty much inexhaustible, and it has never been more fun - that is the power of THE FINGER.
Besides the possibility to use THE FINGER out of the box (with the free KORE PLAYER or KORE 2), it can also be loaded into REAKTOR 5, where an individual user interface is available allowing you to setup custom effects to any MIDI note

Audio Damage Fluid VST AU UB v1.1 MAC OSX UB

File Size: 3.4 MB
Why do most software chorus plug-ins sound like crap? We can't answer that question, but we did the next best thing: we created one that doesn't.
Fluid is an analog-modeled chorus that, if we may be so bold, cleans the floor with the typical chorus that comes with your DAW. For subtle phasey widening and full-on modulation mayhem, it makes chorus a usable effect again, from giving pads a wide stereo stage to livening up stiff and static guitar parts.
NOTE: The OS X versions of this product require 10.4.1 or later.
Fluid Features:
» True stereo analog-modeled chorus effect
» Feedback control for extreme special effects
» Optimized for low CPU usage
» Full MIDI learn on every parameter for hardware control (VST version only)

Audio Damage Liquid VST AU UB v1.0.1 MAC OSX UB

File Size: 4.7 MB
Liquid is a through-zero flanger, and excels in adding vintage vibe to your recordings. From a subtle ADT effect on vocals or electric piano on up to massive "Jet" style 2-buss flanging, Liquid will bring the classic sound of real tape machine flanging to your modern DAW.
A normal flanger, at least in today's world, is just a delay line set to a very short time with some feedback. In "analog" pedals this is done with a bucket-brigade delay chip, and in DSP-based effects like digital pedals and plug-ins, it is one of the easiest effects to create. However, the original flanging effect was created by running two tape machines with the same material in sync, then varying the speed of one of them (sometimes by actually applying pressure to the flange of the tape reel with a finger) to cause some rather extreme and odd comb filtering.
Made popular by George Martin (and used heavily on John Lennon's vocals on many tracks from Revolver on) and Phil Spector (who used it on, well, just about everything), it is a classic effect that was difficult to achieve in software. Until now.
Liquid Features:
» True through-zero flanging.
» Perfect for "stereo-izing" analog synths, electric pianos, and other mono sources
» Capable of extreme vintage-style flanging effects
» Full MIDI learn on every parameter for hardware control (VST version only)
