REAKTOR SPARK is based on a new and unique REAKTOR ensemble, resulting from three years of design and development work by Native Instruments founder and conceptual mastermind Stephan Schmitt. This KORE SOUNDPACK breathes new life into the concept of the subtractive synthesizer, adding a dynamic and unpredictable element that causes sounds to ignite into living and sometimes chaotic entities. As the father of REAKTOR, Stephan Schmitt has designed REAKTOR SPARK as his very own statement in synthesizer design.
Tested and refined in the rehearsal room and on stage, REAKTOR SPARK cuts through the mix like few other synthesizers, and delivers a unique presence in any arrangement and musical context. The "ghost in the machine" creates sounds that range from subtle warmth to screaming sonic overload. REAKTOR SPARK forgoes endless options and modes in favor of real edge and character, brought to life through the performance of the player.

Ghost in the Machine
REAKTOR SPARK's internal architecture is unique - the signal is fed-back to modulate oscillator phases and amplitudes, and to create self-oscillations. The precise build of the instrument means that the smallest tweak can open a wide range of surprising and unique sounds, often characterized by an aggressive, percussive quality.

Sounds inside
REAKTOR SPARK comes with 200 sounds plus 1400 Sound Variations, suitable for a wide variety of sound aesthetics from various electronic music styles such as IDM and electrorock, to jazz, noise and industrial. The distinctive character of this instrument covers aggressive leads, lively keys, snarling basses, fast percussions, enchanting pads and evolving soundscapes. Each sound has eight individual sound variations available through KORE 2 and KORE PLAYER, while the ability to morph each sound add even more sonic scope.

Number of KoreSounds: 200 plus 1400 Sound Variations
Sound Categories: Sound Categories: Leads, Bass, arpeggiated sounds, Soundscapes, Mallets and plucked sounds, Drums and Percussions, Pianos and Keys
KORE 2 integrated engines utilized: REAKTOR, KORE 2 MIDI effects
Download size: 6 MB
System requirements: KORE 2, KORE PLAYER or REAKTOR 5
Additional info: REAKTOR SPARK is based on a new REAKTOR instrument. All sounds can be played with just KORE 2 or KORE PLAYER. Owners of REAKTOR can also access the instrument itself and its graphical user interface directly.
